Miss L and her Bugs

Miss L has been fascinated by bugs for the past few weeks. So, while We were washing Daddy's truck She found this praying mantis on the side of the house; you would have thought she hit the jack pot of all bugs.

This is Daddy D

 He is the most giving, loving and easy going person anyone will meet. I always make the joke, "no matter where we go, he can always make friends or spark up a conversation". Oh, and did I forget to mention he's quite the funny man and a HUGE Angels fan!

This is our Dainty Daughter L

Big Sister L is a 2 year old going on 18. She's a head strong carbon copy of daddy all the way from her girly smile and walk to the way she talks, which is LOUD (you can always hear when she's around)! She is such the girly Girl but at the same time She can hold her own against any boy; so boys you have been warned. As She grows Daddy D and I are learning to keep her reigns tight, which will allow her to become the girl/women God wants her to be. Who knows, maybe Secretary of Defense? Or President of the United States?

                                    

This is our Dainty Little M

M is truly our Miracle Daughter. The first few months of her life were quite challenging. She was born 6 weeks early with a 7 day stay in the NICU, only to return days later for an extended 22 day hospital stay. She had emergency surgery to remove a cyst that was attached to her liver. After those long and challenging days, She was finally able to go home where we were able to be the WHOLE family we were ment to be.
M's my quiet passive one, some would say she takes after me. She doesn't like to be alone in a room and always has to be in the mix of things. But as she gets older I see one trace of Daddy D which is his LOUDNESS! I know God has something very special for my little M, I'm not sure what but in Gods timing we will know.

Established in 2006 as each day comes and goes and everything we experince, I am striving to be the best Wife & Mommy this family can have. Learning from our mistakes to being proud of what we have overcome and accomplished in the past. So, here's to the next 60 years and what life has to teach us " The Dainty D's"!
